Our Agency banking service powered by Fidelity Bank Ghana serves the needs of both Fidelity and Ghana Post customers.

The service, which is rendered in selected Post Offices, enable customers of fidelity bank to access banking services such as self withdrawal, cash/cheque deposit, among others.

A few days ago, the MD of Ghana Post (Bice Obour Osei Kuffour), together with some key Ghana Post staff, including Mr Robert Aseidu (Head Int & Ag. Chief Commercial Officer), Mrs Emelia Adu Asare (Head, Estate), Mr Quintin Akrobotu (Head, Financial Services), Nana Yaw Osei Darkwa (MD’s Advisor on Government Business), Alimatu Sadia Abubakar (Deputy Manager, Corporate Communications), Rabbi Brown (Brands Manager)paid a working visit to the management of Fidelity Bank.

The Fidelity team led by Mr Julian Opuni (MD, Fidelity Bank) expressed their thankfulness to Ghana Post for the flawless execution of the collaboration since its operations in November 2019.

Both parties agreed to continue to work together to serve customers with ease and reduce the cost of accessing Financial services .

In the coming months, Ghana Post and Fidelity is looking forward to enhancing the agency banking services to include additional 15 services and increasing the number of Post Offices that run the services.
