REPORTING TO: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

JOB OVERVIEW: the role holder will be leading the development of all marketing plans as well as ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies. Develop a digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.


  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the business.
  •  Implement growth strategies across units.
  • Represent the marketing team at cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
  • Implement sales performance strategies and identify opportunities for growth across units.
  • Design, develop and implement systems processes and procedures for cost effective and efficient operation in the dealing of the job.
  • Drive the growth of Ghana Post by generating new business opportunities.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against key goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. 
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the immediate supervisor.

  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in planning and successfully implementing marketing and outreach programs with defined objectives.


  1. A first University Degree holder in Marketing or its equivalent plus five (5) years of relevant experience pertaining to the role.
  2. Master’s degree; at least three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Good working relationship with marketing affiliations.
