Job Overview
To coordinate and evaluate security programs as well as ensure compliance of all security protocols and procedures in the two regions. The role holder will have oversight responsibilities to the Western and Central Regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures in line with Company standard procedures in the Regions.
- Plan and coordinate security operations for the respective Regions.
- Prepare and send proposals to potential customer
- Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities; preventing violation of Company policies and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Ensure that security incidents and/or crisis do not compromise operations & are reported immediately.
- Investigate suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
- Compile report by recording observations, information, occurrences, interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures and present to the Head/Investigations and Security.
- Maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements and standard procedures of the company.
- Ensure the safety and protection of company assets, employees and visitors relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; permitting entry into the offices in which you are manning.
- Maintaining a daily activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
- Institute systems and procedures to ensure that the public patronizes new products and services of the Company.
- Review monthly sales report and submit to supervisor(s)
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- HND in any relevant field of study or security related field with 5 years working experience in the same or similar role.
- A first degree in any humanities related course with 3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Security and intelligence procedures is a MUST.
- Good writing and reporting skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft suits
- Knowledge of Basic Security and fire Inspection procedures.
