Welcome to the official website of Ghana Post Company Limited

Ghana Post is the country’s designated Postal Operator with the responsibility of providing postal services to all the communities within the country. We are a member of the Universal Postal Union, a United Nations body and umbrella body of all postal administrations. We are poised to serve you better in the coming years. We will do this through innovation, reliable service delivery and customer excellence. As part of efforts to formalise the economy, the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo administration is funding a National Digital Property Addressing system linked with post codes which will allow all properties in Ghana to have digital addresses. This will enhance delivery of services and create a database for use by various private sector and government agencies to verify addresses and utilize the data gathered for planning purposes.

Our growth drivers will be e-commerce, financial services, banking and digitization. Ghana Post is fully owned by the government of Ghana which is represented by the Board of Directors. The Ministry of Communications has oversight responsibility over the company. The Ministry, through the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission regulates the activities of the company.

The company is run under the strategic direction of the Board, by a management team comprising of; Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director/Finance and Administration, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and a number of general managers and heads of departments for various business areas including Human Resource, Customer Service, Government & Other Businesses, Finance, Corporate Services & Compliance, Marketing and Sales, Financial Services, Regional Coordination, EMS, Parcels and Speedlink, Company Solicitor, Audit and IT.
