Management of Ghana Post would like to inform our cherished customers that all our branches that were closed due to the lockdown are opened for full business activities. Since the start of the COVID19 pandemic, our Health Department has been working together with key Health Agencies on COVID-19 to ensure your safety whiles doing business with us.

At Ghana Post, the wellbeing of our stakeholders during this critical time and beyond is of significant importance to us, therefore, we have initiated essential health and safety measures to safeguard our customers and our staff. Kindly bear with us, as some of these changes may not be in line with our regular business procedures.

Our Estates Department has increased extensively the rate of cleaning our branches and all surfaces that you may come into contact with, including our letter boxes. Employees are adequately prepared and resourced to handle operations as well as any emergency that may become known in line with our operations.

Our digital innovations are available 24/7. We, therefore, encourage the general public to download the GhPostPay App from playstore or dial our USSD code *447*160# for available services. In addition, entrepreneurs can upload their goods and services on our e-commerce website at no cost. Shoppers are also encouraged to visit our e-commerce website to shop from our wide range of vendors.

As advised by Ghana Health services, let’s observe all protocols by:

• Washing our hands frequently with soap under running water or use alcohol based hand sanitizer.
• Keeping distance of at least two meters from someone showing symptoms of infection.
