GEORGE AFEDZI HAYFORD

Chairman

Mr. Hayford combines his training as a financial analyst and development economist with over 30 years of experience in Africa, in a broad range of public and private sector consultancy assignments for various clients. He has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects in Africa and is very conversant with participatory techniques as well as cost-benefit analyses of programs. He is also experienced in the African Development Bank Rules of Procedure.

His other special areas of expertise include financial and investment analysis and appraisal of private equity fund investments, asset valuation, business strategy and reorganization, marketing and competition analysis, development economics and organizational development. He also has an in-depth knowledge of European
Commission aid delivery methods, and European Development Fund procedures.

Mr. Hayford is also an expert in Institutional documentation, a key supporting need for the crafting of procedure manuals to guide financial management of both small and large entities. He has led the development of accounting manuals for several clients (including the USAID/OECD sponsored West African Enterprise Network). He has also led the annual financial reviews for several clients in both the public and private sectors
including Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, Ghana Cocoa Board, Cocoa Marketing Company Ltd., National Communications Authority, Ghana Reinsurance Company Limited, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, and some Financial Institutions and NGOs.
Mr. Hayford has been the Team Leader for a wide range of projects including the USAID Project to undertake financial review and audit of the Songhai Centre, Porto Novo, Benin.
He is a member of Ghana Association of Financial Analysts and Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association. He is 63 years old and multilingual.

Since 1993, he has been responsible for the annual financial reviews of all the major clients of his firm.

She is a past student of Holy Child School at Cape Coast and holds a bachelor degree in business Admin (BBA-marketing). She has a Professional Certificate in Marketing from the CIM-UK and holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Malta Insurance Training Institute (Ghana Insurance College)

Abena is a Professional Marketer, Insurer, an Administrative expert, and currently the Member of Parliament for the Assin North constituency.

She is the vice chairperson of the Gender and Children Committee of parliament and a member of the foreign affairs Committee.

She is married with 3 children and a Christian. She is very hardworking and has earned the trust and recognition in her constituency for her continuous contribution to the development of her constituency.

Frederick Akuffo-Gyimah is a result driven entrepreneur who also works as a consultant for selected companies. He is noted for his innovative and strategic thinking in identifying core gaps in selected markets. He is a good team player who has a track record of driving concepts from initial idea stage to fruition. He is an expert in creating guidelines for an effective planning and implementation of business ideas based on tested corporate Master Operating Plans (MoP).

He has worked with United Parcel Services (UPS) as a Pricing and Marketing Analyst as well as a Key Accounts Manager for Scandinavia and Northern Europe responsible for Very Large Multinationals (VLM) such as Saab-Scania, Electrolux, Volvo, Sandvik etc in Sweden. He has also worked for Sandvik Tamrock Mining in Ghana, Civil ID Systems of Sweden as their Africa Sales Manager.

In 2006 he created an M2M platform for Machine-to-Machine Communication and was instrumental in the introduction of telematics (AVL) for assets management and a digital location finder(TRAXMAP) using GPS in Ghana.

He also played a major role in the creation of a digital platform for IMT at Ghana Post. Even though there were no smart phones at the time, he innovated together with his ICT partners a device that could send and receive digital money which was a prelude to the current mobile money system. Frederick has a broad knowledge base in document automation, problem identification and rational decision-making.

He is multilingual and attended University of Stockholm, Sweden. He is 53years of age

Mr. kessie comes with a diverse background both in the manufacturing industry and an extensive healthcare background as a trained pharmacist.

On the industrial front he has set up various successful businesses including Flaghouse company ltd in Houston,Texas and Killip company limited,( a logistics company located in Accra).

Currently Mr. Kessie is the President and Chief Executive officer of Enviroplast Company limited. A free zone company engaged in polymer manufacturing with the target market within the West African Sub-region. Also within Enviroplast company ltd is the largest wholly owned Ghanaian Plastic recycling plant with a capacity to process 10 tonnes of plastic waste on a daily basis.

Mr Kessie attended Achimota Secondary school and post-secondary at University of Houston at texas where he obtained Bachelor of Science in pharmacy.

He worked as a pharmacist for many years with Memorial Hermann hospital and Baxter international before venturing into industry.

He has various expertise in the field of clinical trials, sterile products and geriatric polypharmacy and extensive internships and externships with various institutions like M.D cancer center.
